About the role

As our Brand Manager for Belgium, France & Luxembourg, you will help strengthen our brand presence and drive growth across these markets.

In this role, you will develop and execute local marketing plans from A to Z, translating strategy into impactful campaigns, activations and product launches. Based in Belgium, you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoy taking ownership in a fast-moving international environment where your work has visible impact.

You will report to the Country Cluster Manager Belgium LU & FR and play a key role in aligning stakeholders, driving execution and turning ideas into results. The team culture is open, pragmatic and collaborative, with plenty of room to bring forward new ideas and take initiative.

What you will do 

In this role you will: 

  • Developing and executing annual marketing plans for Belgium, France and Luxembourg 

  • Managing local marketing campaigns, activations and product launches 

  • Working with external creative, media and marketing agencies 

  • Identifying market opportunities through data, insights and consumer trends 

  • Monitoring campaign performance and translating insights into improvements 

  • Supporting portfolio development and innovation projects 

  • Coordinating packaging updates, product launches and local activation plans 

  • Managing marketing budgets and ensuring effective investments 

  • Creating strong collaboration between local market needs and international brand objectives

Job requirements

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field 

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, trade marketing, shopper marketing or a similar role 

  • Fluent French, Dutch and English language skills 

  • Commercial awareness and an interest in understanding consumer behaviour 

  • Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership 

  • Ideally has experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or another fast-paced commercial environment 

  • Communicates clearly and can influence stakeholders at different levels

  • Has strong analytical skills and can turn performance data into clear actions

  • Understands how brand strategy connects to commercial performance

  • Can combine creativity with data, insight and financial understanding

  • Is curious, proactive and comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of output

  • Brings a pragmatic, hands-on mindset and is happy to get into the detail when needed

  • Enjoys working in a lean, entrepreneurial and international environment where priorities can move quickly

A valid EU work permit or EU citizenship is required for this position

What’s in it for you

  • Monthly salary between €3.600,- and €4.600,-  , depending on experience

  • Annual on-target bonus of 10% of gross annual salary
