HG is looking for a motivated Customer Service Employee to strengthen our team in Almere. We are proud to be a market leader and focus strongly on excellent customer service and efficient order processing. Our organization is looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team and provide first-class service to our German B2B customers.

Your role
You will play a key role in our company and be responsible for the careful and efficient handling of the entire order process. Your goal is to provide our customers with the best possible service while making a decisive contribution to achieving our organizational (profit) objectives.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely order entry and a smooth order handling process.

  • You maintain and update the customer database to ensure customer information remains accurate and up to date, which is essential for effective communication and service.

  • You continuously look for ways to improve and optimize order processing and customer service in order to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • You are involved in preparing reports and documenting relevant information related to order processing.

Job requirements

Before we invite you for a coffee and a conversation, we would like to see the following experience and skills:

  • You are fluent in Dutch and German. English is a plus

  • You are available 32 to 40 hours per week

  • You have several years of experience in customer service (B2B)

  • You have a passion for understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to deliver our products and services

  • You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively

  • You are comfortable working with order management systems and MS Excel
