About the Role

The HR Project Manager will play a critical role in driving key HR initiatives during the maternity leave cover period (1 October 2024 - 30 September 2025). The primary focus areas will be on conducting an employee survey, developing proposals for a new pension plan in line with upcoming legislation and deliver general HR support. What you are going to do:

1. Employee Survey:

• Conduct an employee survey to gather insights on employee satisfaction and engagement.

• Define follow-up actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Drive the implementation of action plans to address survey findings and improve the overall employee experience.

2. Pension Plan Development:

• Collaborate with pension consultants, the Works Council, Business Control and the COO to develop proposals for replacing the expiring pension plan.

• Ensure proposals comply with new pension legislation.

• Facilitate discussions and negotiations to reach consensus on the new pension plan.

• Drive communication to all impacted employees, ensuring they are informed and understand the changes and implications of the new pension plan.

3. General HR Support:

• Provide support in areas such as absenteeism, payroll, employee relations, and talent development.
• Assist in resolving HR-related issues and queries from employees.
• Support HR processes and initiatives to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of pension legislation and experience in developing pension plans is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and drive implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
