Do you want to explore and build the future of work with AI?

As an AI Transformation intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to this.

You will be part of an international organization where collaboration, initiative, and curiosity are key. This is not just a research internship from the sidelines but a chance to actively build solutions that will be used by colleagues. This way, you will visibly impact the way HG operates during your internship.

Many organizations are experimenting with AI. However, the biggest challenge comes after the initial pilots: how do you ensure that AI becomes a permanent fixture within the organization and demonstrably adds value?

During this internship, you will explore how HG can further scale AI and simultaneously work on concrete applications. We will define the exact assignment together to align with your education, interests, and graduation requirements.

What will you do?

• Analyze business processes and identify AI opportunities

• Interview employees and managers

• Develop and prioritize AI use cases

• Create business cases and impact analyses

• Develop dashboards for adoption and impact measurements

• Experiment with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio

• Develop AI agents and prototypes

• Formulate recommendations for further AI scaling within HG

Your research and solutions will help HG make AI an integral part of daily operations.

You will work directly with our AI Transformation Lead and interact with colleagues from various departments within the organization. This will give you a good understanding of both the technical and business aspects of AI transformation.

Since HG operates in more than 45 countries, you will also work in an international environment where different perspectives and challenges converge.

Job requirements

• Relevant HBO education, such as Technical Business Administration, Business IT & Management, ICT, Business Informatics, Data & Business, or similar

• Interest in AI, technology, and innovation

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

• Enjoy analyzing and improving processes

• Curious and ask critical questions

• Translate insights into practical solutions

• Experience with tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI, Power Automate, and/or Copilot Studio is a plus.
