Job description
HG is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (32-40 hours) to join our team in the Netherlands (Almere) to provide first class service to our German B2B customers.
About the role

You will play a key role in our company and be responsible for the careful and efficient handling of the entire order process. Your goal is to provide our customers with an optimal service while making a decisive contribution to achieving our organizational (profit) goals.
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders to ensure accurate and timely order entry and ensure a smooth order fulfillment process.
You will maintain and update the customer database to ensure customer information is current and accurate, which is essential for effective customer communication and service.
You will continuously look for ways to improve and optimize order fulfillment and customer service to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will be involved in creating reports and documenting relevant information related to order processing.
Job requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
You are fluent in German. In addition, fluency in Dutch or English is an advantage;
You have experience in customer support (business-to-business);
You have a passion for understanding customers' needs and identifying opportunities to offer our products and services;
You show attention to detail, proactivity and the ability to effectively multi-task;
Strong in teamwork and communication within a team;
You are well versed in order systems and MS Excel.
