Your role at HG

As Sales Support & Marketing Specialist, you support the Polish sales organisation with strong commercial materials, hands‑on sales support and local marketing activities. You ensure our field sales team is well equipped to perform — while also providing operational backup to ensure business continuity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands‑on sales support with practical marketing execution in a growing international company.

What you’ll do

• Create and adapt POS materials, sales presentations and commercial tools

• Provide hands‑on support to the Polish field sales team

• Coordinate local trade marketing activities and campaigns

• Support e‑commerce content and local digital needs

• Translate and adapt HQ marketing materials for the Polish market

• Provide basic order‑processing backup during absences (training provided)

• Experience in sales support, trade marketing or marketing

• A strong commercial mindset and ability to translate business needs into materials

• High level of accuracy and a structured way of working

• Affinity with systems and willingness to learn order‑processing basics

• Fluency in Polish and English
